For over 40 years, Alaska Structures has practiced a strategic support plan designed to offer our customers the greatest value in our products and our services. This plan has incorporated a diversity of experience by drawing many of our top technical support specialists from the industries we serve. We have hired this team from multiple industries including construction, mining, oil and gas, medical, emergency response, logistics, government and military. We recruit the most qualified and knowledgeable people in their fields so that our professional and technical team includes those with PhD’s and team members with 40 years experience in these industries.
This expert team is here to serve our customers. We can meet with you at the office nearest to you or we are ready and willing to come to your office or your site. We will assist you with site analysis, foundation requirements, specifications, and design. Our field installation team is next to none, including Alaska project supervision with more than 20 years experience in the most extreme environments on Earth.
We strongly believe that happy and healthy employees will offer the best, most positive, and timely support to our customers. Therefore, our employees work in a strongly supportive environment. The success of this is evident in our employee’s longevity. 91% of our executive and management team has been employed at Alaska Structures for over 10 years. That’s more than 200% the national average and approximately 1/2 of this executive team has been with Alaska Structures for over 20 years, 400% better than the national average.
